The employees
The employees : Robert, Jeyvon and Nathan were so professional, helpful, reassuring, listened and quickly found the solution to the problems I was having switching from one sim card to the other. Thank you all very much.

I’m a visitor from Canada to Belfast…
I’m a visitor from Canada to Belfast and I needed to buy a SIM card for use while I’m in Belfast and Dublin. I had a lovely knowledgeable man named “Bradley” who helped me. I’m over 65 years old and so not a whizz with technology. Bradley asked me what my needs were, how long I’d be in the 2 countries and then gave me the options. He then installed my new SIM card and I was good to go. I came away feeling really good about the experience. Thank you for having professional, trained, customer oriented staff like Bradley. I will continue to holiday in Belfast and l will be back for my SIM cards at this shop.
