Their customer care staff are rude and incompetent. The are not interested in sorting out the problems their own incompetence has caused.
The shop staff are little better. Clearly not interested in providing a professional service.

Went into the branch to discuss sim upgrades, as my partners bills were high, and spent time with staff member Wayne, who found offers that dropped the bill to a more manageable monthly price.
