Lois and Mark both really helped us out when upgrading our phones. They were very patient with both my partner and our 9 month old baby who they kept entertained for nearly 4 hours while we were getting sorted.

Jack was amazing he helped my 79 year…
Jack was amazing he helped my 79 year old mam select a phone and he set it up for her. AMAZING customer service ( not seen on the high street now unfortunately) he is an asset to Vodafone. He was also training the new member of staff and was doing a fab job. This young lad was also very helpful and friendly. WOW 🤩 wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you so much Jack ⭐️ 🌟

Mark was absolutely amazing yet again. We called in as our pac code hadn't changed over from sky. So we had to phone sky to try and sort the pac code. Mark tried his best, but this is all sky's issue, not Mark. More phone companies need more people like Mark working for them. I really hope Mark gets recognised, as he truly deserves it.
