Still not got satisfactory response
Still not got satisfactory response, yet they are still willing to take money from my bank, they failed to replace broken phone from insurance, I had to get a phone from argos which was totally crap. I consider this contract voided as nothing was replaced and money was still taken .

Excellent professional service and atmosphere. I was seen by Adam, who has helped me with my requirements in the past. I received the usual polite wonderful helpful friendly service, that I receive each time I use the Blackpool store. Adam provided what I required in a friendly helpful professional manner, he explained everything clearly and easily, so that I could understand everything and I received over and above what I asked for. I recommend everyone to use the shop. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and help you find what you require, with the best possible deals and plans, talking you through everything, in a clear fuss free way, so that customers leave happy and satisfied.

Gillian at the Blackpool store
Back in September 2024 I left a glowing review about Gillian in the Blackpool store. Being elderly and disabled such kindness as shown by Gillian is a rarity.
6 months on and nothing has changed. I had tried to increase the time my phone rings before the answerphone kicks in and somehow had messed up some settings so that no messages could be left at all. I visited the Blackpool store today and by chance Gillian was in and in a very short time she had reset my phone for which I am very grateful. She was as kind and courteous as she was back in September.
As I have said once before an employee like Gillian is a rarity and one that should be treasured. Many thanks once again.
