Tara was amazing, having tried to get help via the call centre, bot and App it was Tara who made my phone work again! She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and did not just follow the same script which had not worked multiple times! Thank you so much Tara

Excellent customer service from Sam m
Excellent customer service from Sam. He explained the contract details very clearly and transferred all the data from my old phone patiently and successfully. Would recommend this branch to anyone as they give much better service than I have experienced anywhere else.
