First class service
First class service from Vodafone at Borehamwood. I visited yesterday afternoon to cancel one contact and to set up a new one and was met with courtesy, help and professionalism all round. I was served by Hassan, a recent employee, but he was ably assisted by the very helpful store manager, Ahmed. Both managed to deal with my issues and I left an hour later very content with my results and at the same time highly impressed with the level of expertise and service received. Thank you Vodafone at Borehamwood.

Lost my phone this morning in Madrid
Lost my phone this morning in Madrid. Came into vodaphone Borehamwood branch on my return. Warmly welcomed by all the guys. Reasured everything would be sorted. Hamza spent over an hour setting up the new phone with all my contacts and apps. Incredible knowledge patience and service. This is why I have been a VP customer for decades. In branch or on the ohone the service is always exceptional. Thanks.

Delay with the phone deluvery
I was expecting the phone set on Tuesday 14/10. I’m in the store on 15/10 and there’s no set has been delivered as yet. The delay is not acceptable. I need to get my phone asap.

Amazing staff
Amazing staff, very helpful and offered a great deal on two contracts. The change to Vodafone came off the back of terrible fraud and treatment at O2.

Quick and efficient!!
Walked in to your borehamwood branch, to query about my bill. Found out I have been over paying on my sim only contract. Spoke to the store manger and sorted me out a much better deal on existing account in next to no time!
