Top level customer service!
Carl (the name of the staff member who helped us) was empathetic, honest, genuine and patient.
Gave us all the explanation we needed, broke down everything to a T, and made it feel like he genuinely wanted to help.
Top Customer Service right there, and something you don't see all that often!

Online pop up issues
I was having trouble with my new phone I was recieving loads of add that resulted in me using my old device, I came in store to see if they would be able to help me and the staff were amazing resolved my issue in 5 mins and helped me understand Iam very grateful would definitely come back if I have any more issues.
