Good customer service

I was assisted by Iyanuoluwa in their Bracknell branch. She was very helpful. I went in with a sim issue which was resolved quickly. I then ended up getting a good broadband deal in the process, which saved me a significant amount of money.

We are thank you from the help of Iyanu in UK bracknell store. My husband is going to Italy for a short trip with our boy so we have to ask lots of question re the roaming and Iyanu help us all out with patience and wonderful service. Thank you very much.

Excellent staff

Natalie was absolutely brilliant she explained everything each step of the way, I’ve been a Vodafone customer for over 30 years and this is why it’s staff like Natalie that make me stay with this network so helpful and courteous.
