Will - our sales advisor was excellent! Really relaxed and chatty with great conversation. Made choosing a new phone easy and enjoyable. Made the experience what buying a phone should be, certainly asking for him when the next phone/tech purchase comes again!

You need to be aware that a new handset…

You need to be aware that a new handset is classed as separate from the airtime. I was not informed the handset would show as a loan on my credit file. This needs to ne made clearer at point of sale.

Best phone shop in Bradford

I walked in and was served straight…

I walked in and was served straight away by Will.
He explained everything to me and was not a pushy sales person.
The manager also came to assist and was very knowledgeable.
