Today’s experience was a dream compared to yesterday’s incompetent member of staff. The staff member was so helpful, polite upgraded my dad’s phone without any problem. Staff member was Jamie he is the best. Thank you Jamie.

Ryan was extremely helpful when I came in to sort out getting a new iphone. I have been a Vodafone customer for years and never had an issue. He was super friendly and made the whole thing efficient and easy to understand.
