Amazing experience from Vodafone when…
Amazing experience from Vodafone when contract was running out I had popped into Bridgwater store and Jonathan really helped by sorting out my new contract and even sorted out how I could keep my mobile no and sorted out cancelling my old contract without any stress at all. The worst experience I’ve had
The worst experience I’ve had. As a first time for trying to get a phone contract to build my credit score as a young person. It took them 8 weeks and over 5 in store visits. Multiple credit checks were run and effected my score. At to top it off I wasn’t even able to purchase a phone. I am utterly gobsmacked at the service and how they let this happen to multiple people due to system errors on their end that leave customers without a phone and an affected credit score. I use my phone for work and missed multiple events were it was needed as they couldn’t resolve their issue. Would not recommend, the entire infrastructure at Vodafone is useless and they couldn’t seem more uninterested in helping you

Very happy with My new phone
Very happy with My new phone, transferred my number and now can actually use my 4G as My old provider just wasn't good enough. Also got wifi with Vodafone and could not be happier would 100% recommend. 😀

Went in to pay off one of my device…
Went in to pay off one of my device payments and Jon was ever so good helped me pay off both devices on my account and sorted me a cheaper deal for my current sim plan which now includes roaming all year round which is great 😊

I have just joined Vodafone after being with the same phone and broadband providers for years and, in Bridgwater, they could not have been more helpful and patient with someone who is not so tech-savvy. It has been a stressful few days, wondering if it will all work out, but it has all gone pretty smoothly. Really helpful staff a phone call away as well, to get my router working properly too. Far better speeds than I had before. Thank you Vodafone! Now, the last step is correct billing - terrible overcharging with other providers in the past but I am confident this will be fine too, considering emails I have received from Vodafone. Wish I had moved years ago!

Jon was excellent, sorted me a brand new phone and sorted me a really good deal, A resl genuine guy explained everything to me we had a good laugh about football which i enjoyed. Will 100% be back in the future
