Luke was great!
I didn’t have to wait too long before I was served by Luke. I was only picking up an order but he explained all the processes of me moving to Vodafone etc in such great detail and was honest and clearly knows his stuff and did data protection perfectly.

We were served by Alan at Cribbs…
We were served by Alan at Cribbs Causeway, the Mall branch. He was very efficient, friendly and answered all of our questions patiently. It was a pleasure to deal with him and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family to come to this branch because of Alan. He even checked on us briefly whilst serving another customer letting us know how much longer we will have to wait.
Another member of team also kept us updated when we were waiting

Staff made the experience
Luke and Tychicus were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their manner made a tedious task fun. The only negative is having to wait for my phone to come to store. I think vodaphone should have anticipated Black Friday volumes of stock better.

Excellent customer service from Millie and Lewis in Bristol Cribbs
The customer service from Millie and her colleague, Lewis, whom she was training was excellent. Explained everything so we oldies could understand, was very patient, and weren't rushed. So impressed with the deal they found us we upgraded one phone and switched contract with a second from EE to Vodafone.

Turned my frown upside down 😊
Had a terrible experience with the Vodafone call center, so I went to the branch. Callum, the manager, reassured me he'd sort it out and set me up with Ty. Together, they resolved everything quickly. I left feeling happier than when I entered thanks to Callum and Ty!
