Excellent Service

Vodafone Tech Team Superb…
The people I got to support and solve all my concerns were amazing at Bristol Cribbs Causeway.
I had problems with my online account plus my broadband order and they looked into everything and got me unlimited broadband until 11 Aug for free. They started a complaint re long delay in getting connected to my new home.
Beth and Luke made me feel I was worth getting things sorted and they both had to think outside the box to “fool” the system to get me into my account. The peace of mind I have now is priceless. Thank you Beth and Luke.

Great customer service
I needed a phone upgrade resolved after the call centre service failed me .A lovely customer service agent named Luke came to my rescue, resolved the issue and got me an even better contract deal.Superior customer service and attention to detail to ensure all was in order.

Great experience

Millicent is BRILLIANT!
We've recently moved to Bristol from overseas and needed broadband, unfortunately due to credit checks etc, we had to make multiple visits to the store but luckily each time we made sure to see Millicent! She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond each and every time. Very helpful and pleasant!

Millie was amazing!
Went into Vodafone today and Millie was absolutely amazing. She was helpful from the moment we stepped in. She made she we were comfortable and not only spoke about the phone and contract but general chit chat while we were waiting for things to be processed too!
