Big thanks to Tom and Sam for being so patient and so helpful when it came to helping me with my struggle of upgrading my phone. Couldn't of asked for better customer service from either, both took their time to properly explain everything I asked/ was unsure of which I really appreciated. How they stay so calm In such a high traffic store I have no idea but cant fault the guys! :)

Arrived at the vodafone shop at broadmead bristol to upgrade my phone.unsure what phone i want so spoke with the sales rep Daniel who is very knowledgable and explained the range of phones. I then sat down with sale assistant Ben from Vodafone, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and cared about what i wanted from my phone. He then completed the transaction and transfered everything from my old phone to my new galaxy Z fold 8. Ben was very respectful and professional
