I am here from the states and I have terrible luck with technology. I mean terrible luck with technology and Callum made it right I need to make a right just once I was back in the store a couple times before I un messed up what I messed up no what he un messed up that I messed up. I don’t know what you’re paying him, but I don’t think it’s enough, especially to have to put up with the likes of me so thank you very much for having a Vodafone store in Ramsgate that I could find and then turn find Callum.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE THROUGHOUT
I received friendly and acccurate information all the way through from my initial meeting with Rob to subsequent consultations with Chris.
Chris in particular sorted out some difficulties with my former provider and ensured that my new network would shortly be up and running.
He's a patient and knowledgeable man who knows his subject well.
I am delighted to have placed my contract in their hands.

Callum was very patient with my problem,not receiving calls, he tried so many things to rectify this. He could have said or palmed me off but no he stuck to it and after an hour managed to clear the phone. Excellent,so pleased . He is a credit to the store

Amazing customer service.
I took out broadband and sim only contracts with Robert. He made everything easy and was quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable about the products he was selling and patient with answering questions. Amazing customer service and would highly recommend.

Beth and Ali were very friendly and extremely helpful with my purchase of a new phone and Apple Watch. They were very patient as their computer system was extremely slow but we got there in the end and completed the purchase .

MY SANITY SAVED I had been having problems with getting mobile data via my Provider Vodafone for many months, talking to Vodafone, both by phone & FtoF, for days on end. Problems persisted. As I depend on mobile data for my work, I was about to switch to another provider when I met CHRIS MORGAN at Westwood Cross Vodafone outlet. After spending some two hours with my iPhone, he identified & SOLVED the problem and also offered me better contracts for both iPhone Data and Home Broadband. All throughout, CHRIS was a perfect gentleman, no complaints, just sweetest courtesy. If Vodafone employs people like CHRIS MORGAN, I will not hesitate to recommend their services to everyone! HUGE THANKS & BEST WISHES TO CHRIS & VODAFONE!!! Larisa
