Reeanna has assistant me to today, she has good report to the customer and excellent service I was able to sort out my returns today and make my plans cheaper excellent service.

A few weeks ago I went into Vodafone…

A few weeks ago I went into Vodafone Bromley and was assisted by TEVARY. I wanted to change my plan to something cheaper. I am retired and because of the recent rise in price, I would have found it hard to afford it. He was so helpful, over and above. He took time to look up the best , cheaper plan. I couldn’t change my plan before 6 th September and was unable to get to the shop before today.
I went back today, he remembered me and changed my plan, answering my questions. Very polite and really knows his stuff. Please pass on my thanks..

Jr in the Bromley store solved my phone…

Jr in the Bromley store solved my phone issue that Vodafone technical department could not. I also got a new and better contract. I went into the shop very unhappy and came out a very happy bunny. Thank you Jr.

Good experience

Mikey the person who helped us was really nice, understanding and patient. He gave my dad a good deal after showing him two different options.

Great service at Vodafone Bromley

Had a really positive experience at Vodafone this afternoon. We were served by Mikey, who was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions, and was also super friendly.

Drae - credit to Vodafone

Drae is an absolute credit to your company. I have had major fraud problems and haven't got much sense from using online chat...visited Bromley this afternoon and met Drae, professional, friendly and so efficient. Mikey was very helpful

Mikey was very helpful. He was cheerful, nothing was a problem and I had 2 things that needed sorting. An Upgrade of a plan and a change over of 5g Sim card.

Mikey was very helpful and told what I needed to know. I felt he listened and responded to what I was asking for. He also spent time chatting which made the experience a lot better. Far better than the Tobi experience I had earlier in the day.
