Keifer was a great lad on our visit
Keifer was a great lad on our visit. We were greeted when we entered and he talked us through all the deals. We ended up getting the new iPhone and my wife was really happy with the colour. Will definitely come back to this shop

Went into the Burnley store due to some technical issues. Kaiser went above and beyond to get my phone up and running when fobbing me off would have been easier. He even rang the tech team of his own phone to get me sorted. Absolute legend!

Mr Sean Bailey has the most fantastic customer service known to man, he sold me a new phone when I went in to check my sim contract! and even talk into changing WiFi to Vodafone! Brilliant job polite and very attentive perfect example of a reason to go into store rather than online

shocking customer service
shocking customer service from the Vodaphone system and shop.
I used these since 2015. Then I changed to another sim, but still had my device, handset that I was still paying. I noticed online and the app that all data was removed, billing, the device I had, balance on the device to pay, zero information.
I received a surprise email and text saying they are going to take £12.50. I was shocked as this is not the regular amount for the device.
So I called, this is where they need to correct this, to get through I needed my device code, to be found in the app the automated voice said, well no info is there. I checked in my device found 2 numbers and called back, not recognised. So I am now stuck. Only option I cancelled my direct debit. Then I went to my local shop in Burnley, 2 hours off work. I told them the problem, they not interested, and they couldn't resolve it as they a franchise!! When I told the 2nd person, only thing he was interested in is that I had cancelled my direct debit, saying my credit score will be screwed!! But gave me a number to call. I called them from the shop. 30 minutes later all clear. When I had changed my sim, I had a credit on the account and this was being netted off and bill. After 2 month the credit was used, so billing for the device insurance had started. If I had access to this information on line or the app, it would have avoided all this hassle. I explained to the call centre person this, and they were surprised to learn what I had told them.
How can anyone be a customer, not receive a bill, only an email or text to a link that opens to my account that shows me nothing??? Pathetic management of clients. My problem only made worse by the shops attitude, its not my job!.
