I went into the store yesterday not really know what I was going to do with my phone. Saif was very helpful and patient. Very happy with the result. Ended up getting the Google pixel and at a deal althat I am very pleased with. Thank you Saif and the team!

Saif was excellent
Saif was excellent! Most helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. He really took a genuine interest in our needs & what we wanted. He clearly & simply explained potential options - & wrote them down for us - making it easy to understand & compare options.
Saif was a real credit to Vodaphone - and would be a reason for us to stay with Vodaphone & revisit the shop.

All the staff were really kind
All the staff were really kind, friendly, and helpful. We were served by Saif, who was very dedicated in finding us the right phone plan for us, and was very outgoing and jokey, which made our experience great. Best service I've had!

Lovely friendly staff
Myself and my husband always get our SIM cards from the Cardiff Vodafone when we come from Canada to wales on holiday which we do every year and every time we are met with lovely staff this time we had a lovely girl Niamh she was very helpful friendly she offered us great information and we are looking forward to getting our SIM cards again next year

Excellent service St.Davids,Cardiff …
Went into St Davids Cardiff,to renew my contract,met by Saif he was extremely helpful. Had patience going through all the options very amiable ,usually dread going into phone shops never found them paticularly welcoming but this experience with Saif was ideal.

Upgrade
Popped into Vodafone, St David’s for a phone upgrade. I was met by Dave who was brilliant - he was extremely helpful. He managed to increase my minutes, calls and data but decrease my monthly bill. Thank you Dave!

Knowledgeable, friendly about renewal of phone
Well informed, experienced and friendly. Immediately greeted on entry to shop and directed to Kyle (great) within minutes. We had a fair idea what I wanted and why, he knew all the relevant products and calculated the prices and discounts. It's why I've never left Vodafone.

It's all about the Customer Service!
We had gone to the store the day before and had honestly not been impressed by the Advisor who was more interested in her own phone rather than helping me out. We nevertheless returned this morning and spoke to Jamie who was instead, perfect. He understood what I needed, had a really pleasant chat with us and I left the store with a new phone, better plan and feeling very satisfied by the experience. Thanks for the help.

I wanted to buy a new sim and an iPhone. So I went Vodafone outlet at Cardiff and then there was a person called Saif Chadli he was very friendly and guided each every points in the contract and the payments. Really nice person.
