Received email from Vodaphone about upgrading my phone to iPhone 15 but didn’t want to pay that much & was happy for any phone above the iPhone 11 I currently have. Azad was extremely helpful & patiently went through my options. He then sorted it out smoothly when I decided to go ahead. Very professional & friendly service.
