Excellent service and friendly staff
Kylie was extremely helpful in trying to transfer my mothers old phone to the new phone. She understood the needs to keep my elderly mothers same phone number and as little change as possible. Excellent service

Steven was extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly and as well as updating my phone and plan he got me a cheaper broadband deal. He was very patient and I was so pleased I called in. He is very knowledgeable amd a great salesperson.

Great service
My phone has been struggling to charge for a while. I thought it would be a new phone needed, so went to Chester today as was on holiday there. Jamie (I think?) immediately said it would be dust in the port and spent a good 5 minutes at least clearing it! He also recommended a SIM change to make it better value. What is good was this was superb service where some may have tried to upsell a phone. Top man and a credit to Vodafone!

Great experience- great staff!
Visited Vodafone Chester yesterday to upgrade my phone and get new contract. Taniya was great. She really listened to my needs and got me a cheaper contract with an upgraded phone without having to go through loads of unsuitable options. What's not to love. No hard sell with add ons either. Taniya was lovely to deal with. Fun, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend Vodafone chester (grosvenor precinct) all staff are great but Taniya was really lovely to deal with.
