Great customer service from Alan. I was new to the concept of air time plan having previously bought my phone outright.Everything pertaining to the contract explained clearly in an easy to understand language. The new Apple pro 17 looks amazing.

A great experience
It was our intention to find another provider as we were being bombarded with good deals for broadband and phones. Instead Jamie convinced us to stay, updating our deals to the latest available, and saving us money. He still managed to part us with money for a device, but we still came out of the store with a great deal. This Jamie did with charm and good humour and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.
