Fantastic…Manager Jonathan at Vodafone Chester
I'd just like to say a massive thankyou to the store manager at Chester Vodafone Jonathan, and his team. As a loyal customer of Vodafone I've been for many years. Have both my broadband and airtime plan with them. When I walked in the store I explained what the issue was and what I hoped to achieve to a member of the team Alan who was really helpful, and spoke with the manager Jonathan. Jonathan went above and beyond to help me, explaining the problem to a person in store like him, as opposed to a person on a call getting passed from person to person was everything. Left the store feeling really made up, and why I remain a customer of Vodafone. Massive thanks again. Rich, Chester vodafone customer

I was thinking about buying a new phone and called into Vodafone and Alan was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable gentleman. He actually saved me over £60 a month.

New phone contract
I've been a vodaphone customer for over 10 years now and there's a reason for that, and that's mainly down to the helpful customer service that this branch provide everytime I visit. The staff that work there always make me feel comfortable from the moment I step foot and do there absolutely best to find a solution to my problem or help find me the right deal that suits me, making me feel satisfied every single time !!

Phone problem fixed in store
My phone had stopped receiving calls so I spent 3 consecutive days to customer support trying to fix it, but the problem was not resolved. I decided to go into a Vodafone shop as a last resort & if unsuccessful would request my pac code to move to another provider. I was served by a very helpful member of staff called John who did numerous checks and then tried a SIM swap which worked! Just wish I’d gone into the store for help at the first instance rather than wasting 6.5hrs of my time on phone calls. Thank you John!

Excellent customer service!
I came into the store looking for advice on my next phone / contract to purchase. Stuart was very knowledgeable about Vodafone’s products and tariffs. And it was obvious he was aiming to get the best option to suit my needs ie camera, storage data, battery life and roaming GB needs. He really took time to also explain the benefits of going with Vodafone vs competitors. I learnt a lot and left knowing I wanted my next mobile contract to be with Vodafone. I would have bought the mobile model there and then if it had been in stock in Chester. Thanks so much for the guidance Stuart!
