I had the misfortune of getting my phone stolen on holiday. I had only had it 8 months. I went into the Vodafone shop in Chesterfield and was served by the lovely Kal. Not only did he sort me a new sim and retrieved my phone number he talked me through my options for getting a new phone the cheapest way possible as I still had to continue paying for the stolen phone. Once I had chosen my phone he went off to talk to the store manager. When he came back he advised me to sweeten the deal and put a smile on my face after having my phone stolen he was not only going to add a discount to my airtime plan he was giving me a free tablet too that comes with a sim with 1gb of data. Kal was absolutely amazing and couldnt do enough for me and we had good banter while he did his thing on the computer putting everything through. He even told me how to retrieve all my information and photos. I can't thank Kal or Vodafone Chesterfield enough for the help they gave me. I'm now back up and running on my new phone and a very happy Vodafone customer.

Excellent customer service. Kal was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the devices available together with available suitable plans. No pressure on sales at all. Definitely recommend to others who need sensible and friendly advice you can trust.

New phone
I had a good experience again at the Chesterfield store. I got seen too fairly quick,the guys knew there stuff, everything was easily explained and I saved a bit of money too.

I was very apprehensive about changing…
I was very apprehensive about changing my phone and getting all my data transferred. Kal was more than helpful and assured me that it would all be sorted out for me. He secured a great flash offer on the Samsung A36 and took me through the whole process with ease made it all very clear to me. A very professional service. I will definitely come back to this shop.
