Kieran was incredibly helpful with all my questions and spent time explaining my contract and bill. He explained things clearly so I could understand and advised me on my current phone and and contract. I would recommend Kieran as he has great customer service skills and in a world of online loop holes and robot chat I strongly suggest that companies invest in people and enable customers to have face to face help.

I cannot praise the staff enough. Their knowledge, support, and efficiency in helping set me up with a new phone, tablet, sort out tech issues etc has been next to none. Zu was incredibly helpful in getting me started and Kieran spent extra care and time understanding and explaining the issues and helping to sort them out. I highly recommend this team. What an amazing & helpful team in Cirencester! My new phone wouldn't load whatapps properly & lost some very important messages. I'd been running two phones until my old one finally broke. Although, the store was busy, Jess spent an amazing amount of time solving the problem, whilst being a total pro ensuring those waiting were OK.

I went into the Cirencester branch of Vodafone with an elderly friend who wanted to change her pay as you go phone. All three assistants were incredibly helpful. They didn't have the phone in stock so advised us to purchase one at Argos. Having done this they quickly set the phone up, ensuring all her contacts were on her sim, and giving her a quick demonstration. They definitely went above and beyond. She was extremely grateful.

Visited the Cirencester store today to sort out my mobile phone contact. Got some great advice from Jess who set up the new contract quickly and efficiently. Perfect service!

Popped in to the Cirencester Vodafone shop on Thursday and we were greeted by Ash. My daughter and I had gone in to look at upgrading as we have been with Vodafone for many years. Well nothing was too much trouble for Ash and he was extremely patient whilst we were looking at different plans. Ash was so very helpful and informative and it was actually nice to sit and chat as well. Ash helped us sort out 3 different plans and everything was so smooth and efficient. A massive thank you to Ash for all your help, knowledge and experience.

The five stars are entirely awarded to Jess who patiently, determinedly and calmly resolved a seemingly intractable problem, for which even Tech Support could not fathom nor resolve.
I drowned my phone in a duck pond! The phone was beyond repair. I needed a replacement mini Sim for the old standard Sim I retrieved from the defunct phone.
Vodophone web site gives the impression that this is a straightforward process; it is anything but when the account I held was a pay as you go. I tried to register my name with tech support who insisted on sending a text to the now, non- existent phone!
Jess, was a far more lateral thinker and her final solution was to borrow a phone from a nearby repair shop, insert the old Sim to receive the one-time security code thus solving the problem.
