A wonderful experience
I was in today for another silly issue with my new phone and nieve served me again as she has many times. She told me she’s leaving to travel to China, she’s such a brave and spirited and kind young woman and she’s been a credit to the company while she’s been working there. I hope her bosses take note of the fact that she brightens an old ladys day whenever she comes to the store. She is always kind and patient when my phone is not working and I do not understand and reminds me of my own grandaughterr. I’ll be returning on her final shift to say another goodbye. Hopefully she’s treated to dinner on the company or given a small bonus 👍🤧
I will have to bother the others with my simple old lady queries going forward. She will be missed at the store

Dan was extremely helpful
Dan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient & honest (when in doubt looked up the answers to be certain he was giving accurate information).
Being in a remote area with prohibitive costs for fibre, he offered an affordable solution (we're not heavy users) which we could set up easily ourselves. I purposefully delayed posting this, to be sure the solution worked. We are now back online after months of disentangling ourselves from a contract not fit for purpose. He also gave me a good deal my new mobile contract.
Thank you so much Dan for guiding us through a complex problem and coming up with a broadband solution!

Called into the Darlington store to…
Called into the Darlington store to collect a mifi device for our caravan. Excellent service, lovely, helpful staff and great price!
Will certainly use them again for my next upgrade. Really impressed with service and staff in Darlington store

Needed advice on my existing contract
I needed advice on my existing broadband and phone contracts. The store manager Reece and recently appointed staff member (sales advisor) Andrew, we're brilliant in explaining in clear terms, language and non technical jargon what options were available to me. They genuinely cared about me as a customer and not just another sale. I decided to take out a new contract as a result of their customer service and care. I highly recommend this store and Vodafone.
