Well done Sharan.
Sharan was a very pleasant and helpful person. Competent . Explained everything carefully. The manager was also helpful by checking he had done all correctly changing our broadband over. Highly recommend this store and it's staff.

I was at doncaster frenchgate vodafone store to transfer my phone and broadband to their’s at almost closing time but still they (Tamzin and Andrea) welcomed and helped me through the process . Thank you

Broadband change
We were interested in changing broadband providers due to a hefty raise from our current provider. Danii explained the offers available and proceeded to get us the best deal possible by also offering a phone deal at the same time. I felt confident we were getting the best deal for us and all explained really well.

Less than 1 star- fake company
Does anyone knows the way how to successfully and quick sue that company ? This is absolutely unbelievable how weak and shit their connection is even my 32 MBS from BT what I had before was better and more stable to play online I’m lucky that all our 4 mobiles got a different providers

We would recommend heading over to our 'Check my service' online tool https://vodafone.uk/3lf0Jx8 - select the 'Broadband' option and enter your postcode. You'll also be able to run a test to check for faults with your broadband connection by selecting the 'Check my connection' button – you’ll need your My Vodafone login details to do this.
