Junior was extremely helpful, and agreed to waive the £25 data transfer charge as I hadn't been prevoiusly advised of this. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic service from the very helpful ‘Sonal’, my wife and I switched both our mobile contracts and broadband after getting fed up with EE, she was super helpful as was her colleague, we got great deal and everything was explained, feel very valued as a customer and very happy with the new provider and phones, would 100% recommend

Junior was so helpful, courteous and such an able manager.
He showed real enthusiasm to sort out my Internet connection problems. All staff were amiable and diligent in sorting out other peoples issues.
