Brilliant service from Amie
Came in for my upgrade and Amie sorted everything from start to finish with no hassle. She explained all my options clearly, made sure I got the best deal, and had everything set up quickly. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole process easy. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I came into the Vodafone Dumfries shop yesterday and the service was 11/10. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me.
