My mums phone got stolen and we went to the Dunstable branch of vodefone.
Ray was very helpful and understanding. He guided us correctly to what we needed to do.

Needed phone unblocked
I had been daft and thought I'd lost my phone, had it blocked the day b4 then found it. Leigh was super helpful, cheery and knowledgeable. I was greeted by Leigh and think it was Kim. Leigh unblocked my phone and helped me find a great deal upgrade, even downloading the app to help me transfer my details. I'm on carers allowance and she understood I couldn't spend too much. Really chuffed with the service thank you x
