Lauren was very helpful in the Ellesmere Port branch and suggested some options we were not aware of. Not many face to face stores left anymore so this one is a bonus.

Lauren was superb

Lauren was superb. She swapped my sim from o2 and gave me a great deal on another sim for my friend. She also helped me set up Spotify on my iPad and a new iCloud account. Really helpful and friendly. Thank you

Marc was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable, went in to ask about my tariff ended up with a newer phone and worked out cheaper than I was paying now. A credit to Vodafone.
