Cleo providing great customer service
Cleo was a fantastic help with myself and my wife with figuring out what phone to go for aswell as helping build a good deal that suited us both. She was extremely helpful and made it a straightforward and easy experience whilst giving us great service throughout.

I came to the store to see if I can get an issue resolved not of Vodafones making but from another provider who let me down. Becca at the Falkirk store identified the problem and presented a solution that was a no trainer. Well done Becca 11 plus

Friendly and helpful
This morning I visited Falkirk Vodafone to have a micro sim put in my hand-me-down iphone and Cleo could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Not only did she change the sim but she also set up the iphone for me, something I had been dreading doing myself. Thank you so much!

Fantastic staff

Faulty handset replacement mishandled at Vodafone Falkirk
I visited the Vodafone Falkirk store to resolve a fault with a brand-new phone purchased directly from Vodafone. I had already attended the Stirling store, where I was advised that a like-for-like exchange would be appropriate for a faulty handset.
At Falkirk, I was assisted by Becca and Cleo.
During the appointment, I was questioned about where the phone had been purchased, including comments regarding it being ordered online. The discussion then moved to changing my airtime plan, despite this being a faulty handset issue rather than a voluntary upgrade.
I was advised that an additional upfront payment would be required. I explained that this contradicted the guidance I had received from another Vodafone store and asked if a like-for-like exchange could be completed instead. I was told by Becca that an upfront payment would be required regardless. When I said this did not align with what I had been advised elsewhere, I was told to “go to Stirling then.”
I chose to leave the store. I remained calm throughout the interaction.
Afterwards, I received an SMS summarising the visit which stated that I had “become hostile” and criticised staff. This statement is inaccurate.
Cleo was polite throughout the interaction. However, the advice and approach taken by Becca resulted in a frustrating and unnecessary experience when attempting to resolve a straightforward faulty device issue.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Falkirk store.

I went in to sort out a new contract for myself (personal Christmas treat) and realised it came with a new number. I went In and spoke to Becca who managed to get my original number onto the new contract. Disaster avoided! Thank you 🙏
