Amazing service from Bradley
Went in the Folkestone shop to upgrade my phone and my partners.
Was served by Bradley who was amazing, sat us down and spent lots of time with us to make sure we got the best deal possible including trading in our current phones.
Highly recommend this store too notch service and the guys in there are amazing.

The level of customer service and professionalism from both Josh and James was well beyond my expectations.They demonstrated amazing teamwork and made the entire process run incredibly smoothly. Josh took the time to clearly explain exactly how and when the transition between the contracts would happen, leaving me with absolute peace of mind.I am very satisfied with my visit and highly recommend the Vodafone customer service team in Folkestone to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience!

Joshua was really helpful. Explained everything in full. Wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to weigh up options. Got me the best deal. Definately will go back to Vodafone Folkestone to upgrade all families phones from now on. Much better than buying blind on the internet.
