I came in to get my information transferred to my new phone as I was struggling. Kaitlyn was very patient and got everything sorted for me - very happy with the service and would return again!

Outstanding service.....

Outstanding service from the boys yesterday and today....
My mobile phone had died and the boys were extremely helpful and spent over 2hrs fixing my issue. They were extremely polite and professional and I cannot thank them enough....
I will be passing this info onto friends and family....

Great customer service

I went in for tech help. I found the team to be helpful and friendly and speak to me in a way that I understood how to solve the problem if it were to arise again. I would highly recommend this store

I love my Samsung!

I broke my iPhone after I dropped it on the couch. Went in to store in a little bit of a panic about getting my stuff over to a new phone but they made the whole process so simple! I love my new Samsung S23 Ultra, I'm so happy I took the store recommendation and will be forever grateful that they transferred all my personal information over. I had no idea it was so easy to switch from iPhone to Samsung or I would have done so sooner! Great phone, great deal, great service!!

Great experience

Went to the Vodafone store purely shopping around, was looking to potentially switch networks as I recently moved home and had terrible signal with my previous provider. All the staff in the shop were friendly and helpful and they sorted me out with a new phone and sim package with exactly what I needed. Overall great experience, the person serving me done all the necessary checks to make sure I would recieve the service I needed for my work, and gave me info on my options for a broadband service too.
