I’m already a Vodafone customer with…
I’m already a Vodafone customer with having broadband and a sim deal for my wife’s phone. My intentions today was to move myself from 02 to join Vodafone with a new sim and handset deal. I met with Cameron, who welcomed myself and wife and instantly made us feel valued. Cam’s knowledge about products,deals put our minds at ease as were un certain of what was exactly available. Not only could we discuss phone deals but also look at improving our broadband deal and an additional sim for our son. Overall experience was great and felt very valued and treated with true honesty and respect.

I went into the Vodafone store this…
I went into the Vodafone store this afternoon as I had no internet and I’m with Lebara . A member of staff by the name of Vito helped me , he was very patient , and explained what was wrong with my phone . I was very impressed indeed with his professionalism and his customer care . So please say a huge thank you to the young man May I say what an asset he his to your company . Vodafone will be my first call when I need to change my phone etc., Once again a huge thank you .

Dropped Handset
I visited the Vodafone store at Braehead today and got myself a handset. I dropped my phone and was going to cost a lot to repair. Waseem was so helpful and patient. He got me the best deal on a new S25. I was worried that I would lose all my important information saved to my old phone but with the click of a few buttons, Waseem was able to restore it all for me, putting my worries behind me.

Went to get help to understand my plan and find out costs of upgrading my phone.
Waseem was extremely helpful at explaining everything eg how trade in price of phone could reduce the monthly plan.

Vodafone should not be getting any stars
Went to Argos to purchase a Vodafone dongle, the dongle doesn’t work. We called their experts on the number provided and they were as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike. 50 mins later and no help forth coming. All I got repeatedly was can I have your account number, this was a stand alone purchase that has no account attached to it, but the Vodafone ‘expert’ had no idea what I was saying. About 20 mins into the call I asked to speak with a manager 30 mins later no manager, no expert, no help, no hope, and surprise surprise no account. I was a Vodafone account holder many years ago but left when they kept stealing money from me. Stay away from this company for the good of your blood pressure

My experience with Vodaphone Braehead
My experience with Vodafone (Breahead branch) has been an unforgettable one! Big thank you to Lia and Darren for their patience with my card/bank issues. I am left satisfied and content with my new found phone and confidence! Thank you again, I’ve already passed on the news to my co workers also facing issues with our current provider (O2), We both found ourselves paying up to £100 a month on occasion which is ungodly. Overall I can’t recommend the customer service here enough!
