I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Toby at Vodafone when setting up SIM-only contracts for myself and my mum. From start to finish, Toby was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, and his friendly, approachable manner made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Toby presented a range of options clearly, giving me the space and information I needed to make the best choice for our needs. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported by someone who clearly knows their stuff and cares about customer satisfaction.

I had an amazing experience at the Vodafone store thanks to Altea!!!
She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Phone and plan to suit my needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable patient and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. I really appreciate her honesty and experience making what can sometimes be a stressful decision fail easy and straightforward. Thank you for your help.
