Popped into the Glenrothes store today…
Popped into the Glenrothes store today and was helped by a lady called Sarah. She was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me loads. Would highly recommend this shop as the staff in general are always happy to help and very nice - thanks again ☺️

Vodafone..... the company and their franchisee are an absolute joke. Vodafone won't pass on PAC code to give to third party, and told us quote; '... if you order from us we'll transfer the number, but if you buy from a third party we wont'
Franchisee more interested in me cancelling my order from the ''corporate'' and then placing the order with him, than trying to accomodate a disabled customer

Excellent service in Vidaphone, Glenrothes
Went into Vodaphone in Glenrothes to update 2 of my contracts. I was dealt with by Dylan. Dylan was very friendly, welcoming and very efficient. He quickly dealt with the 2 accounts and clearly explained what he had done with the accounts for me. Dylan is a great representative for Vidaphone

Everything explained fully to let us understand. Had to do various new accounts and everything done to what we need. Store colleague - Dylan, was a massive help and made us feel welcoming throughout.
