Sergiu was incredibly helpful. Something I struggled with for three hours trying to sort out online with online chat assistance, Sergiu resolved within 4 mins. That was such a shock. Next time I have to upgrade in few months I’m going to be coming to this store. He really knows how to navigate and get the work done. I will recommend to others.

Excellent customer service, sorted all my internet and phone contract sorted all in one day. Set up my device and gave me excellent advice. Godwin and Sergio went above and beyond to provide the best service. They are an asset to Vodaphone.

Excellent service from Sergio at Vodafone Greenwich Cutty Sark
I visited the Vodafone store at Greenwich Cutty Sark recently to look for a new SIM-only contract, and I received fantastic help from Sergio right from the start. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained all the different plans and features clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting.
He was really informative, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and helped me find the perfect plan that suited my usage and budget. It was such a smooth, stress-free experience, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly he was.
If you’re looking for great service and honest advice here, I’d definitely recommend asking for Sergio. I’ll be coming back here for any future mobile needs!
