Very patient assistant guided me through everything when buying my new phone (iPhone 16e). Explained everything thoroughly, that’s why I bought the phone, because I value excellent customer service which Taz has provided 110%

If there was a 10 rating I'd put a 10 for taz

Taz was brilliant, informed me of everything and helped me setting up. Took me from A to Z. Angel in disguise, I was terrified to change my phone, delayed it over a year but she helped me so much and reassured me. Thank God Taz is here!

Very professional staff. Friendly and helpful, thank you. Taz was amazing and helped me setup and knew what she was talking about. Definitely coming back for my broadband. So glad there's a store so I can talk to people face to face.

After feeling like I had been sold the…

After feeling like I had been sold the wrong product in another store, I came to the Halifax store to discuss my concerns. I spoke to Tommy, who I felt, listened to me and understood my concerns. He helped to swap my contract with no fuss to something that was more suitable for me. I felt he really listened to what I wanted. Great customer service, Thank You.
