Purchased a new I phone
Purchased a new i phone & needed lots of help & advise to sort out .
Dan was absolutely brilliant, he gave me lots of options & really clear honest helpful advice in store .
As I am of older generation am often popping in store for advice if cannot navigate something after updates .
Dan & all the staff at Vodaphone Harrogate will go above & beyond to help & a massive thank you as the store in invaluable to me .

Genuine service and a great deal
I came in today due to an issue with phone. The lad I saw was really helpful. My phone was on its last legs and the guy managed to get me the phone i wanted on a brilliant deal! I really liked how genuine they were with me and how they just wanted to get me the best deal for me, instead of trying to sell me the most expensive phone on the market! Will definitely be coming here again.

After a bad experience with Vodafone customer service I had to go into a Vodafone branch in Harrogate to resolve the problem. Tom and Cameron were brilliant. They found the route cause of the issue, explained the situation and my options to me, and rectified the error made by the service advisor. They were friendly, approachable, thorough and professional. Thank you both for your help!

Tom is Harrogate is amazing
In a world with poor service , to have Tom from Harrogate was a breath of fresh air . He was amazing . The service was seamless. He was so professional, polite and nothing was too much effort. He was so good . An asset to vodaphone .

Brilliant service
I had problems finding my account to arrange Euro data roaming. Dawn couldn't access my account either. She persisted and, with Dan's help, discovered I was with a third party company. They helped me get back with Vodafone direct, get the data roaming - and reduce my monthly bill! They were fantastic in how they went about this and I'm very grateful.

All round great experience
Dawn at the Harrogate store was very helpful in sorting out our package to add mobile plans onto our existing broadband and managed to fulfill all of our requirements.
