Been into store today was served by Ryan and Melissa. They could not do enough for me they sorted a very complex problem that I had with ease. They really do bend over backwards to help. This is why I’ve been with vodaphone for many years and I would not change.

Excellent customer service - Ryan spent lots of time ensuring I understood everything I was committing to. Ryan also made me and my dad feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend Ryan at Vodafone for your phone sales. Also I felt Ryan had a great wealth of knowledge and showed passion about his job.

Visited this store today and spoke to Sandra. I am a self confessed techno phobe. Excellent customer service from Sandra with her explanation about topping up a pay as you go phone.
