Morgan was most helpful

Morgan was most helpful, upgraded both of my contacts and one of my phones, saving me some money as well. Top service. Didn’t even think about my second line and saved me money.

Service from Joshua and Christel was…

Service from Joshua and Christel was simply amazing. We took in our new apple device and the old android device and they made the transfer of devices so simple and stress free.
Brilliant service we will be sticking with vodaphone for our mobiles for sure bb

Clearing annoying rubbish off our phones.

My wife and I visited the Havant branch this morning. Our phones nave been really annoying us with frequent unwanted pop-ups threatening disaster if we didn't sign in for 'virus clearing' and 'cleaning' programs. In the shop, Stephen served us very patiently and cleared all the useless and unnecessary stuff off our phones. He also organised a more economic contract for my phone. A really excellent service and very much appreciated.

Upgrade mobile

Came in to the Havant store today and was really impressed with the service I received. Joshua explained everything really well. Would definitely come back into store again.

I had to change my Vodafone contract so went to the Vodafone Havant shop.
My experience was very pleasant , I am 70 and can’t hear too well, I also don’t understand modern technology! But the young man there explained everything carefully and professionally in a manner that i understood, he also didn’t push me to get some super expensive deal.

5* service from Joshua

I went into the store to upgrade a phone. Joshua was very helpful and talked me through all the stages. Nothing was too much trouble to explain. He was able to get me the best deal which was significantly cheaper than the plan I was paying.
He also upgraded a sim only plan, also saving me money a month.
Very polite young man.
