I visited the store today to close an account
I visited the store today to close an unused account with 4 lines on it. The closure procedure was destined to be very convoluted with a lot of "computer says no" scenarios. However the store manger and assistant manager doggedly worked through all the challenges and completed the task effectively.
The main reason I am closing the Vodafone account is due to these kind of issues. It is near on impossible to make changes to your account or discuss your needs without it being a labyrinth of dead ends trying to achieve the desired destination. They need to up the game of customer service. Have persons on the phone that are readily available, have the authority to see your problem through in one shot, and can be understood on the phone easily in the language of the caller.

Great service from the Vodafone team
Visited the Haywards Heath store today with with a tricky problem to solve. The computer said no, but the team in store were brilliant and helped resolve everything. Now one very happy customer. I would highly recommend the team, and Andrew in particular, if you have any mobile or Internet needs.
