I was looked after by a very pleasant gentleman called William. He was very knowledgeable and offered me great advise and help in choosing a new phone. He was very polite enthusiastic and courteous.

New phone contract
Went into the store looking for a new contract. Spoke to Cameron and Alina. They were very helpful and sorted me out with a great deal. Would defintely reccomend.

Alina was absolutely fantastic at the Hemel Hempstead store .I originally ordered on line but after setting up the phone realised it wasn't for me so went to the shop for refund .I then set up another order with Elina for 2 phones as my wife's was needing an upgrade also.Elina was very professional dealing with us and can't Fault her attention to detail.Great work Elina .I will now go to store for upgrades in future
