Excellent customer service in Hemel Hempstead store
Very, impressed by the management and the whole teamwork. Specifically, a lady call Alina. I'm not sure but I think she's the manager. I have seen her at the store for long time I would like to pass my compliments for the professionalism and the way myself and my family being served very accurate and specific to my need, very busy she supported me in a very efficient manner

Great service by Hayden in the Hemel…
I was served by Hayden in the Hemel branch. Hayden provided me with detailed information and options on sim contracts I could get. He checked through for a device upgrade and sim plan. He was efficient, explained the steps and how things would work after the purchase and billing. He maintained a professional and friendly approach. I truly enjoyed my visit on this day!
