My phone signal went down and i couldnt…
My phone signal went down and i couldnt recieve any calls or messages. Came into store and the store manager Ricardo who was brilliant. Updated my phone and got me back up and running within minutes. Thank you so much ricardo you were amazing!

Came into store with my phone running…
Came into store with my phone running slower than usual for the last month or so. Met with store manager Ricardo and he managed to get my bill reduced and upgraded me to a newer phone too! What a brilliant man thank you for all of your help!

My phone contract came to an end
My phone contract came to an end. Came into store and was greeted by the store manager ricardo. He has been fantastic from start to finish reduced my bill by £20 or more I couldn't be happier. Many thanks ricardo !

Needed a new phone as my old one packed up. Went into the shop and spoke with Ricardo who was amazing. Sorted out my broadband and new phone altogether and dropped my bill by a lot! Fantastic service
