Had big issues with customer sevices on the phone with my broadband. Had a really bad experience so came into the hinckley store for help. Met store manager Ricardo he was brilliant and help me get my account sorted. He saved my opinion of vodafone and he was really helpful cant thank him enough.

My phone service had been stopped and I…
My phone service had been stopped and I was in need of a new phone. Wanted a newer iPhone met with ricardo in store who was great and helped me to find a great deal. Also spoke to Ray who showed me how to use the new features and made it easy to switch across. Thank you so much for the great service can’t wait to play on my new phone!

My phone had a software issue
My phone had a software issue. Was having problems with using my phone due software pop up. Met with store manager Ricardo who was brilliant took less than 5 mins to get me back up and running. Service was fantastic thanks again

My phone and my husbands phone stopped…
My phone and my husbands phone stopped working on Saturday. No service or signal came into store to get this resolved yet with the store manager Ricardo who was brilliant. Got us back up and working within minutes he's a star. Thank you again

Had an issue with signal
Had an issue with signal. Met with the store manager ricardo who was amazing he helped me sort my service out when my texts and calls weren't working. Brilliant man helped me get it back up so I could get in touch with my family and friends again. Thank you so much

I’ve had some really awful luck with this account and so grateful for Luke’s help with everything. He managed to sort everything out for me without him I would have been lost. Phone stopped working
