I had a 5G mobile broadband for which i…
I had a 5G mobile broadband for which i gave £29 as upfront charge and said i can cancel the plan within 14 days, if i change my mind but i need to pay for all the days i used, which is fair, however, after 12 days, i called for the cancellation of my plan which was prior to 14 days, they said my cancellation was processed but take 5 business days, however, they charged £33 again.
I called them after 6 business days, and they said the cancellation was never been done, and also said i was too late to cancel, after almost, 3 hours on a call, they said they refund the balance after deducting 14 days of use.
And guess what i paid £62 and they refunded £3 😄😄,
They are not the best in the UK but the most expensive in the UK 😄🤣,
I also told my friends not to use VODAFONE never, and they quit as well.
Keep my money VODAFONE which i earned kicking my ass off.

Hounslow vodafone best service
I visited hounslow vodafone and I got really good service from Devraj. I was struggling before and was thinking to change the sim with the current plan but Devraj helped me and explained me the new services. He offered me new plan and with that I am satisfied. Thank you so much for the best service by Hounslow vodafone specially devraj he is very kind and polite and knowledgeable.
