My experience with Vodafone in Kingsgate Huddersfield was brilliant I have to say I was greeted by a lovely lady called Becky she had me sorted in no time at all and I had a working phone yay! So much easier when staff have a smile on their face and time of day for you they deserve to be recognised, well done Becky 😊

Great Service, Knowledgable Staff
Went to Huddersfield Branch to get advice on new SIM and served by Kinza. She went through all the options available and decided on a 24 month contract with free European roaming. She also looked into upgrading our broadband and offered a faster speed. Great service with a smile. Thank you

There was a man called Jack in the…
There was a man called Jack in the store that helped me with my phone on Thursday the 22nd of May. His customer service was more than exceptional, he spent a lot of time and had a lot of patience trying to fix my phone which he did. Very satisfied customer cant recommended the store and staff more to my friends and family.
