Called in to sort my Vodaphone contract and spoke to Becky I have Dealt with Becky before over my mobile phone contract and she is brilliant so I shall use again on any other mobile/ home internet new contracts

Fantastic staff
Beckie and her colleague at the Huddersfield store are fantastic. Always so helpful and go above and beyond to ensure that customers are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
I am sure I have tested their patience with my incompetence a fair few times! however, I always leave a reassured and happy customer. Thank you.

Having decided to change my Broadband…
Having decided to change my Broadband supplier, I wandered into the Vodaohone Store in Kingsgate Huddersfield & was introduced to Evie.
It was a very pleasant discussion & she offered me a quotation.
I left the store to think about matters etc.
On the 20th February I returned & met Evie again organised a contract.
I have to say she represented Vodaphone excellently & was very professional & helpful.

Terrible company
Terrible company, they just cancelled our contract with no explanation, as they had cancelled our existing broadband contract we were left ‘high and dry’
Will NEVER use Vodafone now or in the future
Vodafone have now replied asking me to contact them on Facebook, I am NOT on Facebook, what’s matter with the telephone!!!

Huddersfield Store
Today I went to the Huddersfield store where Becky welcomed me into the shop, and to take a seat. I let Becky know which phone I wanted and she went through the deals and offers for the contract I wanted. I went away with the new Samsung s24 ultra on pre order 😁 absolutely buzzing. What a fantastic worker, very helpful and all round lovely.

I moved ovwr from three network and was served by the manager Ish. He helped me move everything g over from my old phone and kept my same number and helped me call three and cancelled my other products with three which I was missold also. Very good manager.
