I was served by rhianna in the Ilford branch and she was able to solve my issue for me quickly and efficiently and upgraded my plan with a cheap price after I was thinking of leaving Vodafone.

i came into vodafone ilford and was greeted immediately by kind staff such as Manisha who solved my problem of a sim swap swiftly and efficiently. I also spoke to Ryan who was a senior sales advisor and advised me on the steps to carry through when wanting an upgrade. 10/10 service highly recommend this branch
